The International Journal of Higher Education and Innovation (IJHEI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that provides a dynamic platform for scholarly research and critical discourse in the fields of Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences, Film Studies & Journalism, Education, and Physical Education. Open Access Policy
IJHEI is committed to the principles of open access. All articles published in the journal are freely available online without any subscription or access fees, ensuring broad dissemination and global accessibility of research. Authors retain full copyright of their work under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing for maximum flexibility in use and reuse of the content, provided proper attribution is given.

Focus and Scope
IJHEI welcomes original research articles, review papers, conceptual frameworks, case studies, and reflective essays that explore new frontiers in higher education and innovation. The journal encourages submissions that examine interdisciplinary intersections, global education trends, and emerging challenges and solutions in higher learning environments.

Article Processing Charges (APC) and Copyediting Fees
To support the open-access publishing model and ensure a high standard of editorial services, IJHEI charges a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) of 175 US Dollar (or INR equivalent) upon acceptance of the manuscript.
In addition, a copyediting fee of 20 US Dollar is applicable for manuscripts that require substantial language polishing or formatting before publication. Authors will be notified during the review process if such services are required. There are no submission fees.

Authors who publish with IJHEI agree to the following terms:

  • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) that allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of the work’s authorship and initial publication in IJHEI.

  • Authors are encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) to increase visibility and citation.
