Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the global economic landscape, offering unprecedented efficiencies while simultaneously disrupting traditional labor markets. This paper investigates the multifaceted impact of AI adoption on employment, analyzing both the opportunities it creates and the challenges it poses. It explores how AI is reshaping demand for specific skill sets, leading to the creation of high-skilled roles while displacing routine and low-skill jobs. The study further examines the inequalities emerging from this transformation—particularly in terms of income disparity, access to technological resources, and geographic imbalances.
